Person of Interest in Carter Columbus Murder Case Turns Self Into CPD

Arrest Made in Sunday’s Murder: The CPD is Still Looking for a Person of Interest

Early Sunday morning, the City of Columbus experienced its first murder of 2012.  The Columbus Police Department reported the victim is a 23-year-old, identified as Marquez Carter, and the shooting occurred at 13th Street and 2nd Avenue North.
