I would like to know how Lowndes got incoporated in CCVB. I live in New hope and I might enjoy some free entertainment in my neighborhood I thought the original idea to spend taxpayers money was to bring tax dollars from out of county and state customers. Did the state ever approve of quality of life events supported by unwilling taxpayers money. I don’t care to support Kabir and his festival. Is it not in the constitution no taxation without representation. Romney said a cetain percentage think that the gov’t. owes them. Kabir, Brooks and some others. McQueen stated he had to allow alot of overtime to cops because of so many festivals, and Robert Smith said the same thing about his Legends festivity could not be funded, awww so sorry mayve you two can get a federal grant.

I think that Leon Ellis was a great choice for this organization. He has always been a perfect gentleman, a very nice man. I think he will have a positive influence on the whole group. Heaven forbid, they need a role model.
If anyone can stay clear of political BS, I think it’s Leon.
    Good luck!
