Statewide Destination ImagiNation Tournament to be Held in Columbus

The state Destination ImagiNation Tournament will take place this Saturday, April 14, from 10:30am to 3:00pm. The event will be held at Columbus High School, located at 215 Hemlock Street, in Columbus.

Destination ImagiNation, a creative problem solving and critical thinking program that teaches teamwork and innovation, helps give students a competitive advantage in the workforce of the future. Students on Saturday will be demonstrating their skills in developing innovative solutions to complicated challenges, and they will be demonstrating their mastery of skills that will set them apart in the future and help them lead richer, more successful lives. These kids are great role models for other

students in your area.

Saturday’s event will feature about 140 highly competitive students on teams from Columbus Middle School, St Anthony Catholic (Madison), New Hope Christian (Jackson), and Parklane Academy (McComb).
