I think brainstorming on select projects by small groups with endless possibilities, bouncing ideas on what needs to be done, followed with brainstorming on how to accomplish those tasks to be done works well in using all talents.

I would like to see every child get proper attention. People don’t realize that throwing money at the schools is not fixing the schools…. it’s just getting misappropriated, and there’s one teacher salary going towards the kids, while classrooms are $250,000 per on paper. Where’s the money go? Administration. They don’t care about the kids. Politicians know that education sells, but you don’t see them repairing the broken public school system while it is headed down the tubes after they get into office. Business as usual in New Jersey; business as usual in Arizona; business as usual in Mississippi.
